app. This training will teach you the scientific basis of how we form
eating habits and how we can use this knowledge to change them.
The combination of 24-hour app support;
daily mindfulness practices;
and group sessions,
offers a comprehensive
approach to helping you
relationship with food.
You will also learn
skills to help you
become more aware
of and gain control
over your eating.
Studies have shown that group-based support helps change habits. Groups meet one hour a week for 6 weeks. Learn with people who are facing the same or similar challenges with food.
Developed by Dr. Judson Brewer, an addiction psychiatrist, this program is based in scientific knowledge of how habits are formed and how to change addictive behavior.
