Haelan House offers weekend mindfulness retreats throughout the year, you can peruse travel offerings selected for their intention to nurture and develop the whole being, or visit places that speak to your soul.

Weekend Retreats

Participate in a small group retreat where you can immerse yourself in mindfulness training in a beautiful natural setting.  

Weekend mindfulness retreats introduce you to mindfulness and allow you the opportunity to practice with a small group of like-minded individuals, experience the beauty of silence, and gain personal insights so you can begin to heal any physical and psychological wounds.
